Obstacles: These are things which must be passed to get from one point to another and can put people in dangerous situations. Examples: rotten ladders or floors, narrow ledges, walls that must be climbed, wooden planks over deep watery pits, etc.
Encounters: Greater than normal chance of encounters with police, security guards, testosterone poisoned young males, drug dealers, crack heads, hostile bums, and unknown malign entities.
Unsafe Floors:Floors may be rotten, sections have been known to collapse unexpectedly.
